Refund Policy

Returns

We hope you love our products as much as us, However if you are unhappy you have 14 days to return any items to us. Once 14 days has been reached unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange. Item's must be retuned in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

Certain items are non-returnable for health, safety and hygiene reasons. Please find the list of these items below on.

  • Cuticle oil 
  • Press on nails

Please Note: Items bought on sale or through a discount code are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

 

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We will only exchange your item for the same item. If stock is unavailable we can exchange the item for something of the same value.

How to apply for a refund / exchange

 

Please email info@dontbeordinary.co.uk with the following:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Your order number 
  • Proof of order
  • Any images showing damage to items
  • Reason for returning

Once we have received your email, we will contact you in regards to whether or not a refund or exchange is possible, and try to resolve any issues. We don't advise posting your items back until this has been approved to avoid any problems.

You will be responsible for paying the postage for returning any items as shipping fees are non refundable. 

It is advisable for any items over the value of £20 to use trackable shipping as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

Please Note: If your refund has been approved by us via email, we will only process the refund when the item is returned. This can take usually one week to show in your bank. Refunds can only be sent back to the card / original payment method used for the order.
