Our Acrylic brush hairs are coated in a gum style product for safe transportation. We advise to do the following steps prior to use to get the longevity of the brush.

Gently break the gum coating, then using a flicking motion backwards and forwards you will see a powder like dust. Very gently tease apart the brush hairs getting into the belly of the brush and repeat the same steps as above, continue to do this until there is no dust dispersing from the hairs.

Once all of the dust has been removed we advise to soak the hairs in acrylic monomer and gently wipe away any excess liquid onto a paper towel or lint free pad, making sure you reshape the brush head back to a point before placing the lid carefully back on.

In failing to follow above instructions can cause your brush to get ruined very quickly, and therefore we can not replace or refund any brush that has not been prepped correctly prior to use.
